Our Tensorex Sense system, is a smart monitoring device made up of a smart box and rotational temperature sensor , which is solar powered and sent to a dashboard vis cloud/3rd party interface. This allows for status reporting and condition monitoring creating a maintenance free asset. Making the existing Tensorex C+ into a ‘digital intelligent’ tensioning unit.
The Tensorex Sense can be retrofitted to any Tensorex C+ model, with an installation time of under an hour. The device is easy to install and quick to configure.
Tensorex Sense consists of a solar supported control box and a rotational and temperature sensor which is fitted to the Tensorex C+. These are the Tensorex Sense elements. Once installed and calibrated the Tensorex Sense transmits signals to a cloud-based dashboard which can display the devices position with respect to temperature.
Environmental resilience
Able to operate under challenging weather conditions, our equipment is made to withstand global warming.
Preventative maintenance function
User defined alerts can be set to notify the user when specific user defined limits are reached, creating enhanced reliability and safety.
Increased reliability
Due to our preventative maintenance function, allowing the Tensorex C+ to be monitored from anywhere.
Fast installation
Install in under an hour including calibration.
Maintenance free asset
Makes the existing Tensorex C+ and 3D model a truly maintenance free asset, as the dashboard can be accessed from any location.
Our Tensorex C+ is an advanced automatic tensioning system designed for railway electrification systems, specifically for overhead catenary systems (OCS).
Our Cantilever assemblies are engineered for exceptional strength and durability, providing critical support and stability for overhead contact wires in railway catenary systems.
Safe, reliable power transmission in Low Voltage and Medium Voltage Power Networks and Rail Infrastructures need quality solutions that allow the continuous energy supply.
Our Insulators are essential components in railway electrification systems, ensuring secure and reliable insulation that maintains the stability and efficiency of the railway power infrastructure.
Our droppers are precision-engineered components designed to maintain the correct spacing and alignment of contact wire in catenary systems, keeping it horizontal at a specific height, ensuring stable and efficient power distribution.
Our safety equipment and solutions for railway infrastructure, focusing primarily on ensuring the safety and reliability of electrified rail systems, particularly for overhead catenary systems (OCS) and high-voltage power components.
Check rail is an additional rail placed adjacent to the main rail on curves to guide the flanges of the train wheels and maintain stability. It helps to prevent derailments and maintain proper alignment of the train wagons on the curved tracks.
Rail-turnover prevention device (RTPD) is subjected to the lateral forces exerted by derailed wheels and L-shaped guides which are used to prevent excessive off-tracking of wagons. RTPD also functions in abnormal cases like collision and prevents failure in collision with a derailed wheel.
